To
the Point: The Arc of New Jersey, the State's largest
advocacy group for people with disabilities, is to
present its 2004 President's Award to Lawrenceville
attorney Herbert D. Hinkle.

NJ - Lawrenceville attorney Herbert D. Hinkle, Esq.
has been honored by The Arc of New Jersey, the state's
largest advocacy group for people with developmental
disabilities, with its prestigious 2004 President's
Award. Hinkle was selected by The Arc to receive the
award for his outstand volunteer service and life
long commitment to people with disabilities and their
families.
Hinkle,
an attorney in private practice, has been representing
people with disabilities since 1974. He and his partner,
Ira M. Fingles, Esq., and their colleagues S. Paul
Prior Esq., and Valerie A. Powers Smith, Esq., maintain
a multi-state practice with offices in New Jersey
in Lawrenceville, Florham Park and Marlton, and in
Pennsylvania in Yardley and Plymouth Meeting.
This
fall, The Arc of New Jersey, in conjunction with Hinkle
& Fingles, launched a comprehensive education
outreach program for adults who have a brother or
sister with developmental disabilities. The effort
is designed to help individuals more easily assume
the fiduciary and decision-making responsibilities
associated with caring for a sibling with developmental
disabilities.
The
Arc's 2004 Awards Ceremony honoring Hinkle and others
will be held on November 30 , 2004 at The Westin,
on US Route 1 South, Princeton. The event begins at
